Southern California Country Living. Ranch Style.
The design inspiration for Cumming Ranch comes from a unique piece of land in Ramona California.
The entirety of this land spans nearly 700 acres and is located immediately west of the Ramona Town Center and 1/4 mile north of the intersection of State Route 67 and Highland Valley Road in Ramona, California. Entry is via Highland Valley Road. No side roads are used or affected.
The Cumming Ranch property’s eastern boundary is contiguous to the Ramona Town Center. Portions of the property’s western and northern boundaries adjoin the Ramona Grasslands Preserve. Engineers and planners have carefully considered the environment and community needs so as to best utilize this precious land. This project sees the importance of the Ramona Grasslands Preserve and will be making available to The Preserve certain lands within the project while retaining a smaller portion of the acreage this residential development.
The open space component of the project would consist of 457 .8 acres. This portion will be made available for inclusion within the County of San Diego’s Ramona Grasslands Preserve. The residential component of the project consists of 215.0 acres.
Proposed are 125 rural residential lots, ranging in size from 1 acre to 3.1 acres. The project also plans for 2.42 miles of public trails and pathways.
